My family and I decided to try taste of bay city for the first time today. The host/server was very friendly and helpful. The food was great, very tasteful and came out in a timely fashion. Will definitely be coming back again in the near future.

I came here to try the birria tacos especially. I ordered the weekly special which had 3 birria tacos and beans & rice. The birria tacos were excellent - nice crispy tacos, the beef was tasty and there was both melted mozzarella and queso fresco both which was above average. The consommé was very good as well with plenty of onions & cilantro. The rice and beans were average but the portions were large. My companion has a lot of food restrictions but was able to enjoy the fries along with a white queso. I will be back to try the flaco tacos or more of the birria (they also serve the ramen version which I have yet to try myself but seems to be a popular variation$.

We've been here a few times. We love the authentic food here. I ordered the 3 Tostada dinner with Beans and Rice. Let me tell you our dinner was delicious! You get a good portion for what you order. We ended up taking ours to go.

Very good, our office has ordered for big lunches. The Taste of Bay city is a great, reasonable priced place to eat. Daily specials. $2.00 enchiladas on Monday, $2.00 Tostada's on Tuesday, $1.00 taco's on Wednesday-Soft or Hard shell. This is worth the trip. Free chips and salsa when you dine in. Yummy

Every Wednesday my husband and I get the $1 tacos - 3 hard, 3 soft to share. Today we got a bag of their homemade chips as well. Everything is so good 😋 Highly recommend!!
